RESEARCH & LEARNING

CONCEPT

DESIGN

Detailed Design
Through the understanding of the complex design, the detailed design phase focuses on the ergonomics and technical requirements while ensuring a long life cycle for the product by reducing operating strain on various parts of the product and finding existing parts or solutions that can be cost effective.
PLANNING

ENGINEERING
Using CAD software, the engineering phase is the main phase in the development of industrial products and is critical for the implementation of the design concept. ZOG360 specializes in incorporating various technologies from high pressure injection molding of the correct plastic polymers through metal enclosures and housing all while implementing next gen materials. ZOG360 provides support and solid engineering know how for any challenging project with the ability to cooperat with different engineering firms and technological consultants
PROTOTYPES
ZOG Design collaborates with several advanced and experienced model-making workshops, each specializing in the specific production of prototype models and small production runs, using a wide variety of technologies: CNC milling of wood, metal, plastic and foam materials, vacuum casting and 3d printing.
MANUFACTURING
The majority of development processes initiated at ZOG360 result in the execution of models, prototypes, first series or serial mass production using a variety of manufacturing technologies. ZOG360 collaborates closely supervises production in workshops and factories located in East Asia which are readily available for the studios projects.
